We are housed in a 5000 square foot state of the art facility in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, just 5 minutes from Bowie. Our instructors are some of the best in world, including Malenga Yusef Moore, Jiang Bang Jun and Mfundishi Bakari. We offer martial arts classes for 3 year-olds to adult in Shaolin Kung Fu, Wushu, Tai Chi and Art of War Self Defense. We also provide the absolute best After School Program and Summer Camps.
